The first time this happened, back in july, i thought for sure the injection pump was messed up because i had fuel going to it and 12v at the solenoid but there did not seem to be much coming out when i cracked an injector line. I even found a pair of 2/0 battery cables at the local tractor shop and to my surprise they were not that expensive so i put them on and now it definitely cranks faster but still no start. I have tried just about everything i can think of and still can't get the van to start.
